These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skyzer Cloud services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it.

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Late or missing payments may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Uptime and SLA

We target a high uptime. Any service credits are provided at our discretion and do not constitute a refund.

5. Data and Backups

You are responsible for your data. We recommend maintaining off-site backups.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons. You may terminate at any time in the client area.

7. Liability

Skyzer Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
